Apply now and let's shape the future together Your Tasks The Email Marketing Business Owner plays a key role in developing our customer journey definition and is responsible for overseeing the successful rollout, management, and optimization of email marketing platforms, primarily SAP Marketing Cloud. This individual coordinates closely with the CRM team (SAP Sales Cloud), managing projects, ensuring proper technical setup, content alignment, and user training to drive effective email marketing across multiple regions. Platform Management and Rollout: * Lead the implementation and rollout of SAP Marketing Cloud or other enterprise email marketing solutions in collaboration with the CRM team * Oversee system integration and data management processes, ensuring seamless operation and data flow Project Management: * Manage email marketing projects, coordinating timelines, resources, and stakeholders effectively. * Track milestones and deliverables to ensure timely and successful project completion. Technical and Content Expertise: * Create, test, and deploy segmented email campaigns within the platform. * Develop audience segmentation strategies and technical criteria for targeted marketing communications. * Ensure technical robustness of email deliverability, including managing email lists, segments, and performance metrics. User Education and Training: * Develop and conduct training sessions and create training materials for new users and key stakeholders. * Build and maintain a knowledgeable community of email marketing platform users, fostering best practices and continuous learning. Community Management and Support: * Serve as a point of contact and support for platform users, addressing questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance. * Conduct regular community meetings to discuss platform updates, business requirements, and share best practices. Collaboration and Product Development: * Work closely with the Product Owner to define, test, and refine platform enhancements. * Participate actively in the development roadmap discussions, providing insights from business and user perspectives. Your Profile * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing email marketing platforms and associated projects * Strong experience with email marketing platforms (SAP Marketing Cloud or Emarsys preferred, other enterprise solutions acceptable) * Proven project management skills with an ability to manage cross-functional teams * Technical proficiency in email marketing including segmentation, email build processes, and analytics * Excellent communication, training, and stakeholder management skills * Ability to foster a collaborative community environment Our Offer An attractive workplace in a dynamic environment with development opportunities of an internationally acting group is awaiting you.
