Showroom Manager – Fortitude Valley, May 2025

About LUV: At LUV Bridal, we are driven by our passion for delivering incredible experiences for our brides. With an established network of successful Australian showrooms, we're excited to bring our vision to Fortitude Valley, and we want you to be part of our journey Our showroom will open in May 2025, with training and induction starting at our Slacks Creek Showroom.

About You: You are an inspiring leader with a track record of success in a management role, ideally in sales, bridal, or other service-based industries. You have the ability to create a positive, high-performing team culture and lead by example. You are a proactive, organised, and passionate professional committed to delivering excellence in every aspect of the bridal experience.

Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years in a management role, ideally in sales, bridal, or service-based businesses
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team of 10+
  • Strong customer service focus, with the drive to exceed KPIs and targets
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional bridal experience to every guest
  • Responsible for showroom operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running
  • Lead, motivate, and develop your team
  • Drive team performance and support with weekly check-ins, training, and coaching
  • Maintain store presentation, inventory management, and visual merchandising

Working Hours:

  • Available to work Tuesday – Saturday
