About the Role
Are you ready to lead a critical transition in one of the most significant transformation programs in higher education? We're looking for a Release/Cutover Lead to oversee our clients program transition, ensuring a structured cutover and seamless post-go-live support.

This role will focus on cutover planning, execution, and Hypercare management, working closely with internal teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption and successful system adoption.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute the cutover plan, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal operational disruption.
• Lead the cutover process, coordinating teams to ensure all activities are completed on time.
• Define and document the Hypercare strategy in collaboration with program stakeholders.
• Manage the Hypercare phase, ensuring system stability, performance, and effective user support.
• Oversee the transition to business-as-usual operations, ensuring knowledge transfer and proper documentation.
• Identify and mitigate transition risks, proactively resolving challenges and maintaining clear communication across teams.

About You

• 6+ years of experience in cutover leadership, with HCM and/or Payroll ERP software exposure.
• Proven experience leading a Hypercare/support phase post-go-live.
• Strong skills in project scheduling, resource management, and issue resolution during critical support phases.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, make quick decisions, and minimise disruptions.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and decision-making abilities.
• Self-motivated with a high level of initiative, drive, and enthusiasm.
