Order Management Consumables
- Annahme von Kundenbestellungen (tel/email/eShop)
- Auftragsabwicklung in SAP (HUB/Techpark/WLC/DropShipment)
- Rückmeldung an Kunden (AB, eMail) mit Liefertermin bzw. bei Änderung des Termins
- Abwicklung Retouren (Reklamationen oder Fehllieferungen)
- Pflege kundenspezifische Preise in Vertretung
- Pflege und Prüfung der Daten im Dispo-Cockpit
- VMI: Erstellung der Datenbasis (Artikel, Shelf-ID, Re-Orderpoint, Forecast, Lieferzeit, etc.), tägliche Überprüfung der Bestände und ggfs. Nachlieferung zum Kunden
Inside Sales Account Manager
- Ansprechperson von zugeordneten P3/P4 Kunden
- "erste Anlaufstelle" - Beziehungsaufbau mit dem Kunden
- Kundenrückmeldungen bei Bestellungen (Bestätigungs-email, Rückruf, …)
- Eigenverantwortung für definierte Rabatte bei Probebestellungen o.ä.
- Data-Analyse: monatliche Überprüfung der Kunden auf Umsätze, Veränderungen von Produkten, etc.
Ersatzteile / Call Intake
- Unterstützung in Vertretung und selbstständiges Abwickeln von kombinierten Aufträgen (CB+ET)
- Aufnahme von Servicemeldungen und Ticketerstellung in SAP; ggfs. Aufnahmen von Ersatzteilen
SAP Keyuser für CB
- Prozesse im CB-Bereich verbessern und Pflege von Artikel oder Kunden Zusatztexten (Pop-up)
- Kontakt zu SAP Kollegen aus HQ und Klärung interner Fragen
