CENTRE DIRECTOR - Early Childhood Education

We are seeking an innovative and enterprising Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor to lead our privately owned and operated centre in the Northern Rivers Region of New South Wales.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Leader who is passionate about inspiring and empowering teams. If you are driven by a holistic approach, inclusive practices and continuous improvement, and can motivate educators to provide exceptional learning experiences, this role is for you

You will be supported by a professional management team and provided with the best resources to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage operational and compliance aspects of the childcare centre.
  • Guide educators to excel in their practice as a mentor and coach.
  • Implement innovative ideas that enhance learning and service quality.
  • Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and staff.
  • Boost occupancy and build a high-quality centre.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Be registered or available to register as a Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor.
  • Be a champion for best practice, committed to child safety, high-quality education, and compliance.
  • Have the ability to think on their feet and adapt strategies to support staff and families.
  • Be experienced, professional, and maintain a fun sense of humour.
  • Have a strong knowledge of EYLF & NQS (essential).
  • Be knowledgeable about WH&S regulations and committed to maintaining a safe and compliant environment.
  • Have at least 3 years' experience at the diploma level or higher in the childcare industry.
