Als Head of Product & Design gestaltest du die Zukunft unserer digitalen Produkte im Bereich des aktiven und passiven Recruitings. Gemeinsam mit deinem engagierten Team aus erfahrenen Produktmanager:innen und UI/UX-Designer:innen verwandelst du unsere Produktstrategie in nutzerzentrierte Produkte. Du führst ein kreatives Team aus Produktmanager:innen und UI/UX-Designer:innen und lässt die Innovations-DNA von hokify weiterhin in all unsere Product & Design Prozessen einfließen, erzielst messbare Erfolge und treibst unsere Product-KPIs stetig voran. Mit deiner strategischen Denkweise positionierst du hokify als Go-to-Partner für das Do-it-Jobs-Recruiting.

Aufgaben:
  • Gesamtverantwortung für das Product Management, Product Ownership und Product Design (insb. UI/UX) bei hokify
  • Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der Produktstrategie in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung
  • Führung, Förderung und Weiterentwicklung des Product & Design Teams bestehend aus Produktmanager:innen und UI/UX-Designer:innen (aktuell 5 Personen)
  • Definition von Produkt-Roadmaps und OKRs gemeinsam mit dem Team und Priorisierung von Features basierend auf Daten, B2C und B2B Kundenfeedback und Unternehmenszielen
  • Verantwortung für die Optimierung unserer Recruiting-Produkte anhand von gemeinsam definierten KPIs (z.B. Conversion Rates des Candidate Funnels)
  • Stakeholder Management und enge Abstimmung mit Engineering & IT, Sales, Marketing und Customer Success, um die Markteinführung und den Erfolg unserer Produkte sicherzustellen
  • Weiterentwicklung von agilen Methoden und Prozessen zur Steigerung der Effizienz in der Produkt & Design Organisation
Anforderungen:
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Führungsrolle im Bereich Produktmanagement, idealerweise in einem SaaS-Unternehmen mit nachweislichen Erfolgen in der Entwicklung und Skalierung digitaler Produkte
  • Tiefgehendes Verständnis für nutzerzentrierte Produktentwicklung und agile Methoden
  • Analytische und strategische Denkweise sowie ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität mit der Fähigkeit, ins Detail zu gehen und gleichzeitig das große Ganze stets im Blick zu behalten
  • Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, Teams zu inspirieren und abteilungsübergreifend zusammenzuarbeiten - auf Deutsch und Englisch
  • Technisches Grundverständnis sowie Erfahrung mit gängigen Tools im Produkt- und Designbereich (z. B. Asana, Jira, Miro, Figma, Analytics-Tools)
