In dieser abwechslungsreichen Rolle leitest du als Teamplayer, selbständig und eigenverantwortlich, disziplinär und fachlich die Softwareentwicklung der HICO ICS GmbH. Du verantwortest die strategische Ausrichtung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des HICO Software-Produkt-Portfolios in Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung und des Head of Product- and Project Management

Zu Deinem Aufgabenbereich gehören

  • Führung, sowie Planung und Steuerung des gesamten Software-Entwicklungsteams
  • Verantwortlich für die Produktentwicklung und die Umsetzung der Produktvision
  • Planung des regelmäßigen Softwarerelease
  • Planung und laufende Überwachung der Projektplanung und der Produktqualität
  • Verantwortlich für die Erstellung der Produktdokumentation
  • Überwachen der einzelnen internen und externen Entwicklungsprojekte hinsichtlich Zielbildes, Meilensteine und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebs- und Projektmanagementteams bei der Erstellung von Projektspezifikationen und deren Review

Was Du mitbringst

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der disziplinarischen und fachlichen Führung von Software-Entwicklungsteams in einem agilen Umfeld von Vorteil
  • Ein agiles Mindset und den Drang, kontinuierlich Verbesserungen in der Zusammenarbeit herbeizuführen
  • Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten und gute Kenntnisse der agilen Softwareentwicklungsmethoden
  • Erfahrungen im IT-Projektmanagement
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Konfliktlösungskompetenz und Verhandlungsfähigkeit
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse Voraussetzung, gute Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil

Die Bezahlung für diese Position richtet sich nach dem anzuwendenden Kollektivvertrag zu "Dienstleistungen in der automatischen Datenverarbeitung und Informationstechnik" auf Basis der Einstufung in die Tätigkeitsfamilie "Leitung (LT)" inklusive einer vom Qualifikationsprofil abhängigen marktkonformen Überzahlung.
