Senior Manager, Marketing

With a team of experienced solicitors and a commitment to excellence, we have successfully assisted hundreds of clients in achieving their immigration goals. We are now seeking a dynamic and innovative warrior to lead our marketing efforts and play a crucial role in our continued growth and success.
You will be 'hands-on' and responsible for overseeing all marketing functions and optimising our client acquisition processes day-to-day. A 'one-person show', you will determine our firm's marketing strategy and ensure that we continue to attract and assist prospective clients effectively.
Key responsibilities:
- Marketing strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and attract prospective clients within the immigration law field.
- Lead generation: Implement lead generation, including advertising and social media to drive inbound enquiries.
- Data analysis: Continuously analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and achieve optimal results.
- Client assignment: Review and assess inbound prospective client enquiries (once qualified), then determine which prospective clients should be assigned to specific solicitors based on their needs.
The ideal candidate:
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within a gold-standard migration law firm.
- Demonstrated ability to generate high-quality leads and convert enquiries into clients.
- Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
