Aufgaben
  • Erstellung und Buchung von Debitorenrechnungen (PSP und manuell) sowie Pflege der Debitorenkonten inkl. Mahnwesen und Klärungen
  • Pflege und Verwaltung der Stammdaten für Debitoren und Kreditoren
  • Durchführung von Mahnläufen und Zahlläufen für Kreditoren sowie Klärung offener Posten
  • Abstimmung und Buchung von Bank- und Verrechnungskonten im Hauptbuch
  • Verwaltung von Reisekostenabrechnungen und HR-Zuläufen bei Bedarf
  • Erstellung und Versand von Gesellschafterbeschlüssen sowie Pflege der entsprechenden Unterlagen
  • Bearbeitung von Steuerunterlagen, MURI-Meldungen und Saldenbestätigungen

Profil
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre/HAK/Uni/FH)
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung (ab 2 Jahre) im Bereich Buchhaltung/Rechnungswesen
  • SAP Erfahrung von Vorteil
  • Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft bringen Sie mit, um Aufgaben effizient und erfolgreich abzuschließen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, damit eine internationale Zusammenarbeit gewährleistet werden kann
