Job Responsibilities
">The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Leading financial statement preparation and reporting for the Austrian entity and its group companies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.">
- Overseeing all accounting operations, including ledgers, financial systems, and internal controls, to ensure efficient and effective financial management.">
- Driving financial closing processes, ensuring timely and precise monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, and providing clear insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.">
- Analyzing financial data and trends, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance financial performance.">
- Managing and coordinating all audit activities, maintaining compliance with international accounting principles and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial information.">
- Developing cost models to measure production efficiency and profitability across various product lines, and providing recommendations for process improvements.">
- Monitoring cash flow, managing banking activities, and developing financial forecasts in collaboration with the CFO, to ensure accurate and informed financial decision-making.">
- Leading budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving financial performance.">
- Ensuring all financial policies and expenditures align with the company's strategic goals, and driving process improvements and financial best practices across the organization.">
- Overseeing investment tracking and financial performance analysis, to ensure optimal use of resources and maximize financial returns.">
Qualifications
">- ">
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.">
- 10 years of experience as a Controller in a manufacturing or distribution company, ideally within a multinational environment.">
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, audit management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis across multiple international markets (Europe, North America, and China).">
- Proven leadership in managing financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger, and investment accounting.">
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems and reporting software.">
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior management and external stakeholders.">
- Fluent proficiency in English and Mandarin, German is a plus.">
- High integrity, professionalism, and a proactive approach to financial leadership.">
