WAS WERDEN DEINE HAUPTAUFGABEN SEIN

  1. Leitung eines funktionsübergreifenden Unilever-Teams bei der Ausschreibung, dem Vertragsabschluss, der Entwicklung und dem Aufbau einer 3rd-Party Guest Experience IT Platform (GEP), das Ticketing, Kommunikation und Sicherheit umfasst.
  2. Definition einer Ticketing-Strategie zur Maximierung des RoI; Zuweisung an Teams, Festlegung von Regeln/Prozessen; Verwaltung von Zuweisungen und Anfragen von Ticket-Leads - und Funktion als zentrale Koordinationsstelle.
  3. Entwurf und Umsetzung eines Finanzmodells für die Ticketnutzung, das Gästeerlebnis, die Nutzung von IP und Ops.
  4. Entwurf von Ticketing-Handbüchern und -Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit Ticket-Leads für die rechtzeitige Eingabe von Daten. Durchführung von GEP-Schulungen für Ticket Leads in den einzelnen Ländern und Festlegung von Schlüsselaufgaben für Ticket Leads.
  5. Entwurf und Implementierung eines Prozesses für das Incident Management; Durchführung von Risikomanagement-Workshops mit Host Märkten und IMTs und die Entwicklung von Plänen zur Risikominderung. Verfassen von Gästemitteilungen für GEP und Rechenschaft über Gäste im Notfall.
  6. Zusammenarbeit mit der Personalabteilung in Bezug auf Gästeprogramme für Mitarbeiter - bei Bedarf Zusammenarbeit mit dem Steuerteam für Mitarbeiter, um potenzielle Steuerfragen zu klären und die steuerlichen Anforderungen in das GEP zu integrieren.
  7. Gewährleistung der Sicherheit und der operativen Aufsicht über Markenaktivierungsaktivitäten und Gästeprogramme (z. B. Stadien, MCB-Aktivitäten, Markenaktivierungsbereiche, Unilever-House-Takeovers, play on pitches usw.).
  8. Erstellung eines Personalplans (z. B. Sicherheits-, Betreuer-/Gastgeberstrategie) für jede Stadionveranstaltung (in Zusammenarbeit mit den Gastgebermärkten und -ländern für die Umsetzung) und Leistungsmanagement lokaler kurzfristiger Ressourcenlieferanten für die Umsetzung der vereinbarten Dienstleistung.
  9. Entwicklung einer Strategie und eines Designs für Gästeerlebnisse und Zusammenarbeit mit den Leitern von Partnership/Marketing & Event Ops und externen Kreativagenturen sowie den Mitgliedern des globalen, Gastmarkt- und Markenteams.
  10. Zunächst Priorisierung der Gastmärkte, um mit den lokalen Teams zusammenzuarbeiten und die Best-Practice bei der operativen Umsetzung von Gästeerlebnis-Aktivierungen voranzutreiben: Fan-Festivals, Fan-Erlebniszonen, Unilever-Houses, PR-Events und Markteinführungen; um dann die Wiederholbarkeit erfolgreicher Formeln für die Top-Tier-Märkte voranzutreiben.

WAS DU BENÖTIGST UM ERFOLGREICH ZU SEIN

Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen:

  1. Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Management der Planung und Durchführung von Großveranstaltungen.
  2. Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Technologieprojekten und der Implementierung von Technologien und Programmen in den Bereichen Ticketing, Hospitality und Gästeerlebnis.
  3. Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Management von Veranstaltungsprojekten und -agenturen in den Bereichen Insights, Strategie, Vertragswesen, Planung, Durchführung und Betrieb sowie Bewertung.
  4. Fähigkeit zum Aufbau positiver externer und interner Beziehungen zu verschiedenen funktionsübergreifenden Teams, einschließlich Marketing, UniOps, Recht, Geschäftsintegrität, Daten, Lieferkette usw.
  5. Vorhandenes umfassendes Verständnis und Erfahrung mit internen WoW, Prozessen und Plattformen.
