Senior Commercial Property/Asset Manager

Operating for over 30 years in the Commercial sector, our client has an established and loyal clientele across Melbourne. As they experience steady growth, an opportunity has become available to join these modern and savvy operators as a Senior Commercial Property Manager.
The ideal candidate will be a driven and highly organised industry professional. Relationship building, great communication and integrity are the foundations of this agency and they are looking for a candidate who reflects this.

The Role will include but not be limited to:- Managing a tidy portfolio of industrial, commercial and retail assets
- Provide a high level of customer service through strong relationship management
- Liaise with solicitors and accountants
- Ensure property maintenance & compliance is carried out
- Conducting rent reviews, lease renewals & following up arrears
- Great Salary $130,000 plus super
- Dedicated Assistant
- Modern agency with a focus on efficiency alongside great service

- Minimum 6 years experience managing all facets of a Commercial portfolio
- Enjoy working collaboratively within a team
- Strong knowledge of the retail leases act
