HUMANA ist seit 1986 mit der Kleidersammlung und den Second Hand Shops in Österreich tätig, um Projekte von Schwesterorganisationen in Schwellenländern zu unterstützen. Unser Erfolg beruht einerseits auf langjähriger Erfahrung in diesem Bereich und zum anderen auch auf der Erfahrung unserer Mitarbeiter*innen, die sich durch ihren Einsatz und ihr Engagement auszeichnen.

Aufgaben
  • Strategische Leitung des Shops sowie fachliche und verantwortungsvolle Führung des Teams
  • Umsetzung der Warenpräsentation gemäß der HUMANA Guidelines
  • Unterstützung bei Personalführung und Personalplanung
  • Warenbearbeitung und Koordination von Bestellungen
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Inventuren und Bestandskontrollen
  • Kundenberatung und-betreuung
  • Motivation und Weiterentwicklung deines Teams
  • Übernahme von Verantwortung und Vorbildfunktion
  • Hohe soziale Kompetenz und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Führungskraft im Einzelhandel
  • Spaß am Umgang und Kommunikation mit Menschen, Organisationstalent und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Feingefühl beim Umgang mit Menschen sowie Anpassungsfähigkeit
  • Positive Ausstrahlung, Motivation und Eigeninitiative
  • Gute Deutschkentnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englisch von Vorteil
