**Controlling and Compensation Expert for HR Management System (w/m/d)**:***
**Worum geht's?**
- In unserem interdisziplinären HR Team bist du der:die zuständige Expert:in für HR Controlling & Compensation.
- Du bist Teil des Projektteams für die globale Implementierung, sowie stetige Weiterentwicklung des HR Management Systems in enger Anbindung an die OMICRON Strategie.
- Mit deiner Fachexpertise koordinierst und verbesserst du internationale Themen im Bereich Compensation & Benefits und bist auch der:die Hauptansprechpartner:in für unsere internationalen Kolleg:innen.
- Du kümmerst dich zusammen mit deinen Teamkolleg:innen um die Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Kennzahlen in den Kernbereichen Talent Attraction, Retention, Compensation und Talent Development.
- Weitere digitale HR Systeme, sowie deren Verwaltung, gehören zu deinem Alltag dazu.

- Du bist mit Leib und Seele im Bereich Compensation & Controlling unterwegs und schätzt den engen Austausch mit deinen Kolleg:innen.
- Du hast eine ausgeprägte Affinität zu digitalen HR Systemen und -prozessen, begeisterst dich für Daten, Trends und Analytics.
- Dein hoher Anspruch an Qualität und Output zeichnen dich genauso aus wie deine Wissbegierde und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten.
- Du baust erfolgreich Beziehungen zu unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartner:innen auf und kommunizierst stets auf Augenhöhe.
- Du bist proaktiv, überzeugst durch einen pragmatischen und lösungsorientierten Ansatz.
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung, dass du dich in unserem internationalen und dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld wohlfühlst.
