Expert in Building Electrical Engineering and Energy Management, 100% (f/m/x)
What You'll Be Doing?
- You will ensure optimal functioning of our buildings and building services through meticulous monitoring of planning, maintenance, servicing, and documentation
- You will efficiently coordinate external partners for planning and executing building technology projects
- You will implement energy management practices in compliance with the Energy Efficiency Act (EEffG)
- You will offer technical expertise in tendering/awarding technical trades and oversee projects related to MSR, EIB/KNX, electrical, and HVAC systems
- You will manage warranties, maintain quality control of installations and systems, and oversee energy monitoring activities along with documenting external maintenance work
What We Seek?
- You should have a solid educational background in electrical engineering or control technology (HTL, apprenticeship, master craftsman's examination, or equivalent degree) coupled with experience in EIB/KNX and HVAC controls
- You must possess hands-on experience with general building services and HVAC systems
- Ability to design electrical installations and handle complex projects in system planning
- Fluency in German and English for effective communication
