Du bist als Teil des Teams Service Portfolio und Knowledge Management hauptverantwortlich für den strategischen Aufbau und die Struktur unserer Wissensmanagement-Tools Confluence und Moodle .

  • Förderung eines aktiven Knowledge Managements
  • Service Ownership von Confluence und Schnittstelle zu externem Partner
  • Weiterentwicklung und Evaluierung neuer Features in Confluence & Moodle
  • Regelmäßige Abstimmungen mit dem Editoren-Team
  • Laufende Entwicklung der Standards zur Erfassung und Verbreitung von Wissen
  • Beratung und Unterstützung von Mitarbeiter: innen zu Wissensdokumentation und -kommunikation (z. B. durch Workshops)
  • Erstellung von redaktionellen Leitfäden, um Mitarbeiterschulungen durchzuführen
Dein Profil
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Confluence
  • Berufserfahrung im Knowledge oder Content Management
  • Kenntnisse von moodle und SharePoint Online von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Stakeholder Management & souveränes Auftreten
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- & Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein für Sprache, Kommunikation und Contententwicklung
  • Technische Affinität, Lösungsorientierung und ganzheitliches Mindset
