As our Senior Product Manager for Operational Excellence, you'll help power transparent and operational efficiency at Cropster.

To bring this vision to life, you will be working with an amazing team of engineers, designers, and other product managers as well as engaging other cross-functional stakeholders across the business.

The preferred locations for this role are Innsbruck or Vienna.

What you'll do

  • Define and manage the complete process/tool development process, from ideation to launch and maintenance thereafter.
  • Actively manage various internal company stakeholders, gather input, and translate their feedback into clear process improvements and new tooling solutions,
  • Define product roadmap and identify success KPIs that reduce costs, optimize processes and enable internal capabilities that result in customer/revenue growth.
  • Be the "gotoexpert" for internal tools and processes with a profound understanding of the associated business and operational challenges.
  • Work closely with Agile engineering scrum teams and participate in daily standups, refining, and planning to deliver product features, while prioritizing capabilities and product backlog in accordance with the business goals.
What you'll work on

  • Lead in building flexible, efficient, and scalable internal workflow so that Cropster's teams can convert their ideas into reality within minimum time and cost.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support in ensuring orderly process flows and proper setup of the CRM tooling that supports customer account creation, customer onboarding, customer account management, and offboarding.
  • Together with Development drive the setup of the data management process including integration of various tools for data warehouse setup.
  • As the company is actively scaling, additional tooling and processing support may be required in other parts of the organization including Finance, HR, etc.
We are looking for someone with

  • 3+ years of experience in an internal product management role.
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to abstract complex technical terms to all levels of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with the ability to combine data and user insights to understand root problems and make hypotheses to solve them.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit that can bring new ideas and wants to make an impact.
  • The drive to try things and get things done while not being afraid of making mistakes.
  • A true team mentality someone who is actively helping those around them to be successful.
That said, we'd be particularly delighted to hire someone with

  • Experience in operations or process management.
