Your Responsibilities:

  • Use your knowledge of innovative technologies and market insights to shape the future Smart Factory.
  • Plan the intelligent Smart Factory using the latest digital methods - from Digital Readiness Checks to complete factory planning.
  • Optimize customer production systems towards Operational Excellence, driving sustainable changes for customer success.
  • Digitalize customer production End2End, creating adaptive factories that adjust to changes in real-time.
  • Lead Smart Factory project teams to success, laying the foundation for customer business models.
  • Actively develop our employees, services, and methods to shape the future UNITY.

Your Qualifications

Passion for developing production systems and interacting with people on the shop floor, along with:

Must-have:

  • Extensive, multi-year professional and project management experience (minimum 5 years)
  • Readiness, ambition, and experience in tackling complex tasks until completion
  • In-depth knowledge of production optimization methods and their impact on customer revenue
  • Understanding of digitalization and automation possibilities in production processes
  • Goal and result orientation, presentation and communication skills, confident interaction at all levels - from shop floor to C-Level

Nice-to-have:

  • Sound market overview of current digitalization solutions in areas such as ERP, MES, APS, etc.
  • Experience with AI implementation in production
  • Experience in implementing Digital Twins of the factory

Additionally, valuable for your success at UNITY:

  • Concise communication & presentation skills in German (C1) and English (B2 and above).
  • Analytical skills, willingness to shape and implement in our projects.
  • Curiosity, motivation, and entrepreneurial spirit to drive topics independently.

Warning: The collective bargaining monthly minimum gross salary is EUR 3,370.03 (full-time). Depending on qualification and experience, overpayment is possible.
