What you can expect:

In this role you are part of the global Engineering Business Office Team which evolves how business operates, delivers effective processes, methods & tools and provides timely, transparent information needed to manage the business.

Key responsibilities in this role are:

Manage the Engineering KPI reporting with the stakeholders at global Magna Powertrain Engineering locations.

  • Manage the cadence and process for KPI reporting.
  • Develop quality criteria for KPIs and ensure those are applied to all KPIs we use.
  • Continuously align with KPI owners that KPIs are in use and the defined KPIs and targets are updated if needed.
  • Ensure that KPIs are based on data and the reporting can be automated.

Portfolio Management for internal Engineering projects in Planview ONE.

  • Manage the creation of projects in Planview ONE and ensure a consistent hierarchy.
  • Align the process for the creation and planning of internal projects with all relevant stakeholders within Engineering.

Coordination and alignment of tool and process training within the Engineering Business Office.

  • Ensure all trainings and eLearnings for tools with EBO lead are available (iALM, Planview ONE).
  • Leading Engineering Business Office projects and initiatives as
    internal project manager.

What you bring along:

  • Successful academic graduation of a technical or commercial university with a focus on business administration, economics, product engineering or industrial engineering (Master's degree as an advantage).
  • Ideally 5 years of professional experience in the field of project management, business administration or product engineering in complex matrix organizations.
  • Knowledge and experience in working with business intelligence tools (Planview ONE knowledge as an advantage)
  • Complex problemsolving capabilities and ability to manage external resources.
  • Drive for results and decisions, experience how to handle internal conflicts & problem solving as well as online/remote work collaboration skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English, German as an advantage.
