**What you can expect**:
In this interesting role you hold a key position in leading and improving our cross-site development projects and methodologies while you keep track of the ongoing build up & co-work activities. You are part of the core software department coordination and its further build up, exploring and establishing new working methodologies. You are interfacing other departments according to our processes and designing the future software platforms for MAGNA Powertrain in collaboration with our worldwide tech centers. Together with your team you are part of a dynamic and fast changing area of our organization that will give you the opportunity to actively shape the future of your department - to better face the upcoming challenges and demands. After an appropriate training period you will take on following tasks:

- Technical and strategical coordination of **software project execution** worldwide
- Strategic **build up planning**, **coordination** and** tracking for different roles and functions** worldwide
- ** Intensive cooperation** with other departments and organizational units across sites
- Ensure **software development according to MPT** and **automotive standards** (ASPICE, ISO26262 and ISO21434)
- Continuous **improvement of the workflows and processes **including cost and time planning/tracking
- ** Participate in strategic decisions** regarding software project execution and development process improvement
- ** Collaboration with MAGNA tech centers** worldwide
- Participate on** further development** of agile working methods

**What you bring along**:

- Successful academic graduation of a technical education (FH/TU) with focus on **computer science, electrical **or **electronics engineering, automation technology, industrial electronics** or similar
- Relevant professional **experience in software development** in an automotive environment according to the **automotive processes **(ASPICE), **safety-relevant software** (ISO26262) up to **ASIL-D** and **cyber security topics** (ISO21434)
- Professional experience in **leading software projects** within the automotive area are beneficial
- Experience in **leading and developing teams**:

- ** Communicative personality** with experience in dealing with distributed teams, suppliers and internal as well as external customers
- Willingness to **drive change** and the ability to work in a complex matrix organization
- ** Analytical mindset** and** structured way of working**:

- Very good knowledge of **German and English**
