Legal Assistant Working Student

At Emarsys, the Legal Assistant Working Student provides support to the global legal department. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will coordinate administrative legal activities, with a special focus on contract management.

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In charge of legal administrative tasks
  • Ensuring the correct usage and distribution of legal documents, including basic review of documents based on specific guidelines
  • Enforcing internal compliance procedures
  • Acting on national and international level
  • Correspondence with internal stakeholders, group companies, authorities
    YOUR PROFILE
  • Active University (or FH) student with focus on Law and/or Business
  • Attention to details and consciousness
  • Experience with office work, experience with legal work is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and in English, fluency in other languages is an advantage
  • Strong sense of confidentiality, initiation, responsibility, organization, ownership, attention to detail and teamwork
  • Cross cultural communication capabilities
  • Handson commercial approach
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Able to commit to 1520 hours per week
