- Du begeisterst dich für guten Content und digitale Kommunikation und hast täglich damit zu tun
- Du verfügst über eine fundierte abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing und Kommunikation
- Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Social Media Marketing auf Senior/Head-Of Level, idealerweise in einer Agentur
- Du verfügst über reiche Erfahrung im professionellen Management von Social Media Plattformen und mit Content Management Tools sowie Facebook Business Manager
- Du hast eine eigenverantwortliche, kunden
- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Du kennst dich in der Welt der Trackingcodes/Pixel-Integrationen (Re-Targeting ) sowie mit den Tools Facebook Businessmanager, Google Analytics Basics, Google DFP Basics sehr gut aus

- Du leitest und entwickelst unsere Digital-Agentur missMIND fachlich und personell
- Du sorgst für die kreative und qualitative Konzeption, Präsentation und Umsetzung von digitalen Strategien und Kampagnen
- Mit Deinem Team sorgst du für plattformübergreifende Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der Social Media Marketing Strategien unsere Kund:innen aus dem DACH-Raum
- Zuständigkeit für die Effizienzsteigerung innerhalb des Teams mittels Tools & Abläufen
- Du kennst Digitale Trends und bringst diese aktiv ein
- Erstellen gesamtheitlicher Social Media Reportings, inkl. Optimierung & Analyse
