Wir suchen eine:n Direktor:in für die Market Unit Air Traffic Management (ATM) Network Solutions. Zu den Hauptaufgaben gehören die strategische Planung und Ausrichtung des Geschäfts, das Finanzmanagement, das operative Management der Market Unit, die Führung und Entwicklung des Teams sowie das Kunden- und Stakeholder-Management. Aufgaben Strategische Planung und Ausrichtung: Entwicklung und Umsetzung strategischer Pläne zur Erreichung der Ziele der Market Unit, einschließlich Marktanalyse, Mitbewerberanalyse und der Festlegung kurz- und langfristiger Ziele.
Finanzmanagement: Finanzielle Steuerung des Geschäftsbereichs, inklusive Budgetierung, Planung und Kostenkontrolle. Sicherstellung, der Rentabilität und eines positiven Cashflows.
Operatives Management: Leitung der Market Unit, mitsamt der Sicherstellung von Entwicklung, Marketing, Vertrieb und anderen operativen Prozessen. Darüber hinaus gehören die Effizienzoptimierung und Problemlösung ebenfalls zu den Kernaufgaben.
Teamführung und -entwicklung: Führung der Mitarbeitenden durch Motivation, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung. Dies beinhaltet sämtliche Phasen des Employee Lifecycle, angefangen bei der Rekrutierung über das Onboarding, die Leistungsbeurteilung bis hin zur Förderung und Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden.
Management von externen Stakeholdern: Aufbau und Pflege enger Beziehungen zu Kunden, Lieferanten und anderen Interessengruppen, sowie Repräsentation der Market Unit bei Verhandlungen und strategischen Partnerschaften.
Qualifikationen Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Informationssystemen, Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder einem verwandten Bereich. Ein Master-Abschluss oder eine entsprechende Zertifizierung ist von Vorteil.
10-15 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition, bevorzugt im Bereich der Market Unit.
Starke Leadershipqualitäten zur effektiven Leitung und Motivation des Teams.
Fähigkeit zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung wirksamer Geschäftsstrategien.
Verständnis von Finanzmanagementprinzipien zur Gewährleistung der finanziellen Stabilität der Geschäftseinheit.
Ausgeprägte mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten für eine effektive Interaktion mit internen und externen Stakeholdern.
Fähigkeit zur raschen Erkennung und Lösung komplexer Problemstellungen.
Ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
Starke Teamfähigkeit, mit einem interkulturellen Mindset und Bereitschaft zu internationalen Reisen.

Die Bezahlung für diese Position besteht aus: Dem kollektivvertraglichen Mindestgehalt von EUR brutto pro Jahr (auf Basis einer 38,5 Stunden-Woche) PLUS einer marktkonformen Überzahlung in Abhängigkeit von Ihrer fachlichen Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
