**IHRE AUFGABEN**
- Die Betreuung der Gäste vor Anreise im Hotel steht an erster Stelle. Man ist die erste Anlaufstelle bei der Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Hotel.
- Bearbeiten von Einzel
- und Gruppenreservierungen, F&B Reservierungen & Events
- Aktiver Verkauf aller Dienstleistungen des Hotels
- Pflege und Kontrolle der online Plattformen und Systeme
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Front Office, Sales & Marketing, Housekeeping, Küche und Service
- Genaueste Umsetzung der Standards von "The Leading Hotels of World" bei jedem Gästekontakt

**IHR PROFIL**
- Erfahrung in der Reservierung ist wünschenswert
- Ihre Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind ausgezeichnet.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse von OPERA (PMS, Sales & Catering) sind von Vorteil
- Sie haben eine positive Ausstrahlung, auch am Telefon und Sie verfügen über ein hohes Maß an Service
- und Kundenorientierung.
- Ihre Umgangsformen sind exzellent
- Sie arbeiten gerne selbstständig, strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich

Das kollektivvertragliche monatliche Mindestbruttogehalt für diese Position liegt bei € 1.853,00. Die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung ist für diese Position selbstverständlich gegeben und richtet sich nach Ihren Qualifikationen und Berufserfahrungen.
