**Stellenbeschreibung**:
**PERFORMANCE MARKETING**

Operative Verantwortung für den Bereich Performancemarketing sowie Pflege unserer Website

Fokus auf KPIs, um den Erfolg von digitalen Marketing
- und E-Commerce-Aktivitäten zu gewährleisten

Entwicklung innovativer Wege, um Konsumenten digital zu erreichen und deren Loyalität zu gewinnen

Optimierung der Leistung von bezahlter Suche und der eigenen Website

Erstellung von Reports und Analysen

**E-COMMERCE**

Entwicklung und Umsetzung der eCommerce Marketing Aktivitäten mit Fokus auf den Online-Shop

Konzeption und Umsetzung von Kampagnen zur Förderung der Online-Kundenkontaktpunkte

Laufende Betreuung, Analyse und Optimierung des Online-Shops hinsichtlich Funktionalität und Usability

**Qualifikationen**:
Erste Berufserfahrung im digitalen Marketing mit Fokus auf Performance Marketing

Web-Shopsystem Erfahrung von Vorteil, vorzugsweise in Shopware

Erfahrungen mit Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics & Google Ads Manager von Vorteil

Verständnis für gängige Digital und Social Channels, Blick für Details im Web und Trends im digitalen Bereich

Ausgeprägte konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten, sowie vernetztes Denken

Eine ausgeprägte "Hands-on"-Mentalität und eine lösungsorientierte, pragmatische Arbeitsweise
