We are looking for a part-time employee to join our international communication department at our office in Vienna.

Responsibilities include acquiring, verifying, and maintaining project and team information in our content management system, Surfboard CMS.

Additionally, you will be tasked with creating content for our website and other platforms, preparing and managing print media, and developing digital presentation materials as part of our acquisition efforts.

You will collaborate closely with our global communication team, project managers, and engineers from various departments and locations.


The essential part of the work involves requesting and exchanging data with clients, partners and photographers, as well as maintaining internal communication regarding selected news and information with our global communication team.

We offer the opportunity to engage in diverse projects alongside a professional team and tackle various creative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in writing texts.
  • Practical experience in image editing and page layout.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud programs, mainly Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Solid Microsoft Office knowledge, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience in dealing with content management systems is a plus.
  • Fluent in German (spoken and written) with intermediate knowledge of English.
