At Cropster, we are building market-leading Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions to empower businesses throughout the coffee supply chain.

Thousands of customers all over the world from farm to cup use our software products to make better coffee.


In Cropster's Employee Experience Team Lead, you will be leading all people-centered activities such as hiring, training, professional development and performance management to ensure these efforts support our growth and strategy.

You will partner with the management team on a strategic level and support, together with your team, the organization in the execution of Cropster's people strategy.

The preferred locations for this role are Innsbruck or Vienna.

What you'll do

  • Owning and further developing the employee experience function and its process landscape, including talent acquisition across all our locations.
  • Developing an infrastructure and processes that enable international growth with a remotefriendly approach.
  • Develop the overall shortterm to longterm people strategy and objectives and empower your team to accomplish them.
  • Develop a growth strategy that enables the organization to increase its headcount from year to year with a sustainable approach.
  • Supporting the headcount planning process together with C-Level members to plan and budget the organizational growth.
  • Partnering with the senior business stakeholders to grow the overall organization and align the employee experience strategy accordingly.
  • Partnering proactively with management in all peoplerelated topics and driving cultural and organizational change in a fastgrowing environment.
  • Leading, coaching, and mentoring your team to the best performance.
  • Manifest our peopledriven mindset within your team and across the entire organization.
We are looking for someone with

  • A proven track record in leading employee experience teams, preferably in growing organizations in the tech industry.
  • An appetite to grow and develop your team and coach and mentor its individuals.
  • Experience working and leading within an international environment with dispersed teams, preferably with an understanding of the Austrian as well as US labor market.
  • Experience in leading organizations through change.
  • A peopledriven mindset paired with entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Very good communication and presentation skills in English and German.
  • A passion for building great work environments with a DEI focus.
  • A datadriven approach to building and evaluating strategies.
  • Experience working with various stakeholders simultaneously and managing expectations.
  • A strong background in project management of smalltolargescale projects.
