Reos ist die Zukunft der Immobilienverwaltung. Deine Kompetenzen:
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, idealerweise im Immobilienbereich, geben Dir eine sehr gute Basis für Deine tägliche Arbeit.
- Mit Deiner Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Vermietung von Wohnimmobilien besitzt Du bereits einen breiten Erfahrungsschatz.
- Deine hohe Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung ermöglichen Dir zu jeder Zeit auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen ein zuvorkommendes und besonnenes Auftreten.
- Analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen sowie eine selbstständige und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsweise zeichnen Dich aus.
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischsprachkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.
Dein täglicher Verantwortungsbereich:
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Qualitätssicherung von Exposés.
- Mit Deinem Engagement werden Vermarktungsstrategien umgesetzt und weiterentwickelt - mit dem Ziel der nachhaltigen Vermietung von freistehenden Mieteinheiten.
- Als erste: r Ansprechpartner: in betreust Du Mietinteressenten vom Erstkontakt bis hin zum Vertragsabschluss.
- Durch Dich werden werden Ein
- und Auszüge der Mietenden professionell koordiniert.

Für die ausgeschriebene Position gilt der Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte der Immobilienverwalter. Das Mindestgrundgehalt liegt bei monatlich 1.870 Euro brutto mit Bereitschaft zur KV-Überzahlung.
