In this position you will:

  • Understand business needs & opportunities and translate them into specific business questions
  • Conduct indepth diagnostic research in the EU market to learn what adult smokers/ users are thinking, feeling and doing along their journey to RRP. Translate them into actionable insights and draw conclusions
  • Connect all consumer insights (new and existing)
  • Provide reports in a holistic 360 degree view (consumer data, panel data, NPS data, maximized use of digital sources such as CRM, Social Media Listening, search analytics, etc as well as ad hoc researches) so that commercial team can immediately decide and act upon
  • Predict impact of insights implementation
  • Enable senior management for the design and execution of business strategies and act as key sparring partner via ensuring consumer centric driven decisions

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively support Manager Consumer Journey Insights in 360 degree insight generation and insight management (quantitative, qualitative, digital) with special focus on acquisition, thus closely cooperating with senior commercial and business planning management for Acquisition, Brand Marketing, Cross-Comms, Vertical Portfolio, Indirect Retail, Trade Marketing. In doing so, embrace new challenges in a highly motivated way.
  • Sophisticated analyses to support improvement of customers' experience and generate derivations for strategic recommendations for action in EU markets and the EU Region.


Translation of consumer data into clear commercial actions and presentation on a constant base towards key stakeholders in the business.


  • Driving force behind "Best in class Analytics" while accelerating databased digital analytics and predictive modelling; Subject Matter Expert for consumer researches and analytics (see special skills)

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Graduated in Market research, General Management or equivalent
  • At least 23 years of experience in market research of a wellknown brand or consulting/agency work for well known brand in responsible activities.
  • Extended knowledge in market research methodologies:
A) Brand and Image (segmentation, brand equity);
B) Pricing (Conjoint, price sensitivity measurement);
C) Communication (Concept testing, DUEL, Fastfacts);
D) Insights Activation (e.g. dynamic reporting tools like Tableau, QlikView)

Designing of Tableau Dashboards. Ideally Workshop Moderation Experience.
