YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
You are obsessed with consumers and want to represent them within our organization? Then this position is exactly the right one for you

  • You are the voice of our consumers you consolidate insights from all consumer insight data sources and feed them to the organization both proactively (strategy input and employee training/education) and reactively
  • You are the owner of our Consumer Journey and you identify trends, bottlenecks and opportunities to answer key business knowledge gaps
  • You are the business partner to all key stakeholders, to drive business performance through targeted consumer value delivery
  • You work closely with the Market Research Team and collaborate with Consumer Programs Lead and Consumer BI Lead to drive consumer centric strategic decisions

YOUR PROFILE:


We are looking for a curious and motivated colleague who is not afraid to ask questions and wants to challenge the status quo.


  • You have a Bachelor/Master's degree in Business, Economics, Management or similar
  • You have experience in Consumer Experience, Marketing, Market Research, Commercial or similar
  • You are organized, detailed oriented, strategic thinking, resourceful, you have an affinity for numbers and are comfortable with managing stakeholders at all levels
  • You are fluent in English, German skills are of advantage
