Your Tasks

  • Collaborate with the Head of Partnerships to define sectors and companies suitable for partnerships
  • Use online research tools, including LinkedIn, to create lists of target companies and contact details
  • Conduct both quantitative and qualitative outreach campaigns to companies in the target sector
  • Identify relevant stakeholders and decision makers at prospects, qualify their interest in insurance offerings, and arrange qualified sales calls for the Head of Partnerships
  • Regularly update and maintain the CRM system
  • Support the Head of Partnerships with other ad hoc and administrative work required for partnership acquisition

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • 35 years of proven experience in business development or customer relationship management, ideally in the insurance industry
  • Extensive experience in conducting targeted research using online tools, particularly in identifying potential partnerships
  • Ability to identify relevant stakeholders and decisionmakers at prospect companies
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems to update and maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in partnerships
  • Strong problemsolving skills when faced with challenges in partnerships development
The annual gross salary on the basis of full-time employment (38.5 hours / week) is at least EUR 50,000.

Do you have a lot of experience and expertise? Then we are of course prepared to honor this with a higher salary.
