Your contribution will be

  • Consulting individual entities as well as the organisation as a whole on organisational development topics
  • Leading and implementing multiyear change management projects
  • Facilitating workshops as part of change processes
  • Codeveloping initiatives with the focus on organisational culture, strategy and structure in close cooperation
- with internal partners

  • Collaborating on tailormade solutions for promoting a culture of learning & development

Your profile ideally illustrates

  • Educational background with a specialisation in organisational development, consulting, organisational psychology, strategic management or other
  • Solid foundation and curiosity about state of the art approaches in organisational development as well as the creativity to put this knowledge into practice
  • Reliable judgement within your domains, independent working style & analytical problem solving skills
  • High ability to work with complex challenges, implementationdriven mindset, solutionoriented team player
  • Fluent in English as well as excellent communication skills & willingness to travel
