- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des 7-köpfigen Order Center Teams (Innendienst und Grobplanung) eingebettet in der Supply Chain Management Abteilung
- Sicherstellung und Verantwortung eines reibungslosen Auftragsabwicklungsprozesses (vom Auftragseingang bis zur Auslieferung)
- Laufende Optimierungen der Bestell
- und Lieferprozesse zur Effizienzsteigerung und Kostenminimierung
- Freude an der fortlaufenden Weiterentwicklung unserer Planungs
- und CRM-Tools
- Aktive Steuerung des Tagesgeschäftes mittels Aktionsplänen, Kennzahlen und Follow-up Maßnahmen sowie Neuprojekte und Kapazitätsplanungen im Rahmen des S&OP Prozesses
- Kompetenter Ansprechpartner für die vor
- und nachgelagerten Schnittstellen sowie unsere Kunden

**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossene Hochschulausbildung (Uni oder FH) idealerweise im Bereich SCM oder Logistik
- mindestens 3-5 Jahre facheinschlägige Berufserfahrung mit Fokus auf Produktions
- und Planungsabläufen
- Grundlagenwissen im Projektmanagement
- ERP(SAP SD/MM/PP - S4 HANA) - Kenntnisse wünschenswert
- Englischkenntnisse auf B2 Niveau
- Kommunikations
- und umsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit sicherem und professionellem Auftreten
- Lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Kundenfokus und Service
