The Team is responsible for the research and development of the e-beam sources of our e-beam lithography machines.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design, performing, and evaluation of experiments in the development of ebeam sources
  • Development of components, techniques, and procedures, as well as documentation for the transfer to production
  • Definition of tests, measurement routines and evaluation for qualification of sources in production
  • Supervision, support, and development of test system environment in frame of source development
  • Monitoring of ebeam source status in production and in the field and implement continuous improvement processes

Your Qualifications:

  • MSc, PhD degree of physics or similar
  • Experiences in conduction of experiments and analysis
  • Very good organized working attitude
