International Key Account Specialist

**Company Description**:
**The International Key Account Specialist for Discount is responsible for the management of international key accounts in the discount segment with the objective to deliver accelerated growth and win share.**
This will be done in line with Red Bull’s shopper centric Perfect Store concept, a strong focus on customer profitability as well as in close collaboration with local teams in the countries. You will identify and share best practices and play an active role in the further-development and implementation of the global discount strategy. Developing guidelines, tools and reports as well as facilitating knowledge sharing via workshops and other communication tools will be an integral part of this role.
**MANAGEMENT OF INTERNATIONAL KEY ACCOUNTS**
The role involves overseeing international discount customers, encompassing negotiation, crafting persuasive sales presentations, and providing administrative assistance. Additionally, it includes handling day-to-day operations for key customers in partnership with Red Bull market teams. Another responsibility is to promote a mindset centered on profitability and growth among business partners and internal stakeholders. This entails actively communicating and advocating for these principles. Moreover, the role requires a consistent utilization and dissemination of pertinent industry reports, customer data, and shopper insights to extract actionable strategies.
**GLOBAL STRATEGY AND MARKET SUPPORT**
The role involves advancing and implementing a global channel strategy in collaboration with market teams. This includes organizing workshops and sessions to share best practices. Additionally, supporting the top 25 Red Bull countries in their planning process by offering valuable input and feedback for their annual business plans is a key responsibility. Furthermore, offering direct assistance to specific countries and regions, when needed, to enhance the local management of crucial accounts. This assistance includes optimizing sales strategies, managing categories effectively, and assisting in team setup.
**CROSS FUNCTIONAL PROJECTS AND COLLABORATION**
Assist in the creation and implementation of portfolio solutions tailored for discounts. Additionally, provide administrative assistance and actively contribute to research and optimization projects focusing on discounts. Promote and advocate for cross-departmental thinking and collaboration at both headquarters and regional levels. Also, aim to establish a robust network within the global key account community while fostering a culture of collaboration.
**Qualifications**:
University degree or comparable education
Fluency in English, German as a plus
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in FMCG sales - previous Key Account role as an advantage
Active listener and excellent communicator/ facilitator/ presenter
Strong analytical and methodical skills
Strategic and innovative thinking to create specific, unique, commercially focused strategies
Front line sales experience and strong problem-solving - negotiation experience is an advantage
Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as strong team player
Open, solution

A problem-solving mindset with strong willingness to learn
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
**Additional Information**:
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
