As International Revenue Management Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our global revenue growth initiatives. Your keen analytical skills and strategic mindset will unlock invaluable business insights, enabling us to make data-driven decisions that propel our organization forward. You'll take charge of a pivotal project aimed at maximizing promotional effectiveness on a global scale, while also bringing together the international revenue management community to foster collaboration and drive innovation.

**THRILLING INSIGHTS**

In this role, you’ll dive deep into market dynamics, pricing strategies, and customer segmentation to uncover untapped revenue opportunities. Your advanced analytics techniques will reveal invaluable insights that shape our strategies and drive profitability while working closely with our other insights teams across Marketing, Sales and Finance. In addition, you’ll be supporting on new system tools for optimizing our global revenue strategies.

**PROMOTIONAL EXCELLENCE**

You’ll also be leading a game-changing project that redefines how we approach promotions globally. From ideation to execution, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement compelling strategies that captivate our target audience and deliver exceptional results. On top of that you’ll be responsible for further developing our global promotional analysis tool and successfully implementing enhancements.

**COMMUNITY OF REVENUE INNOVATORS**

On the other hand, you’ll become the catalyst for collaboration within the international revenue management community. You’ll support on organizing global forums and workshops that facilitate knowledge sharing and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Finally, you’ll develop and support on creating revenue management trainings for our international community.

**GLOBAL IMPACT**

Last but not least, you’ll play a vital role in propelling our organization's international growth, influencing strategic decisions, and driving revenue optimization across markets. Your expertise will contribute to our success story and shape the future of revenue growth management globally.

**Qualifications**:
A passion for revenue growth management and an insatiable curiosity for uncovering hidden opportunities.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees are welcome.

Experience in revenue management, pricing, or related roles within a global organization.

Strong analytical skills with a knack for transforming complex data into actionable insights.

Proficiency in data visualization tools and advanced Excel functions.

Project management prowess with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional results.

Extraordinary communication skills with the ability to manage different stakeholders across the organisation.

A natural collaborator and leader, inspiring others to push boundaries and achieve extraordinary outcomes.

**Additional Information**:
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2,367 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
