**Company Description**:
The Dance Marketing program at Red Bull stands as a fundamental pillar within our Global Culture Marketing Department, itself a vital element of Red Bull's overall marketing strategy. As the Global Dance Specialist, your primary responsibility will involve formulating and executing the worldwide strategy for Dance and Breaking, placing special emphasis on Owned Events, Red Bull Dancers, Third-Party Strategies, Artist Projects, and impactful global moments that foster word-of-mouth recognition.

Furthermore, your role entails guiding all markets and internal stakeholders to ensure the global dissemination of our key messages through our events, content initiatives, and artist communications. You'll also be the connection between Communication, Programming, Content, and Marketing, helping to set clear milestones for country-specific initiatives, actively propelling projects forward and secure the best possible outcome.

**GLOBAL DANCE MARKETING STRATEGY**

As Global Dance Projects Specialist, you´ll support the implementation of the global dance marketing strategy around Dance programs and Dancers in line with the general brand strategy and global business goals. You´ll realize marketing & promotion activities across all existing and future talent related dance properties such as our event Red Bull BC One for example. Additionally, you´ll ensure a proper and high-quality implementation of the Dance Marketing strategy across all countries with a focus on our Top 15 markets.

**GLOBAL/INTERNATIONAL DANCE PROJECTS**

You'll have the responsibility to support Global Break Dance projects (e.g. Red Bull BC One, Red Bull Under My Wiings, as well as new projects) within the Dance Team, ensuring a strong brand connection. You'll also develop and exercise strong project management skills, including identification of goal(s), communication strategies, set up key milestones for all of these projects at the same time you'll help to build awareness around all the Dance projects, events and artists, with a focus on artist projects, third party events and many more. Tailor campaigns to target and engage priority audiences and endemic trade; generate excitement for Dance properties, set quality precedent throughout organization while delivering best practice examples to enhance performance, ensure internal global network awareness of Dance highlights and learnings through guidelines and/or best practices and similar, support stakeholders (e.g. content, marketing, advertising) in identifying the right protagonists and storylines to best reflect our programs and initiatives will also be a part of your role.

**GLOBAL DANCE RELATIONS STRATEGY**

You'll bring to life and constantly refine the global strategy around the Red Bull BC One All Stars in line with the general brand strategy, contributing to and paying into the global business goals as well as realize a holistic Dancer support / development together with a marketing & promotions approach. You'll work with dancers and artists on delivering impact within their targeted community and objectives.

**Qualifications**:
University degree in business/marketing or relevant working experience

Fluent in written and spoken English, other languages are beneficial

Previous experience with Project Management (specially in events/artists management)

Strong planning, prioritization, and project management competencies

Structured and well organized, capable of managing multiple projects at the same time

Strong knowledge of MS office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Knowledge of dance, hip-hop culture, artist management would be a plus

With a can-do attitude and focused on delivering results

Team player, creative, excellent communicator, open-minded, ingenious, innovative and self-motivated

**Additional Information**:
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 1.945 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
