**Unternehmensbeschreibung**:
**Die Aufgabe der Markenrechtsabteilung ist es, die Marke Red Bull weltweit zu schützen. Das Team stellt sicher, dass weder Logos, noch Farben, Slogans oder anderes geistiges Eigentum von Red Bull unerlaubt kopiert und verwendet wird.**

**Werde Teil des global Legal IP Teams und unterstütze dieses bei diversen, spannenden Markenrechts
- und Patent-Projekten.**

Als Project Specialist bist du für die Verarbeitung und Ablage wichtiger Informationen und Dokumente in Bezug auf Markenrechts-Beweissammlungen zuständig. Du arbeitest selbständig an deinem Bereich und trotzdem in enger Zusammenarbeit sowohl mit dem lokalen HQ als auch dem globalen Team. Dein Engagement und deine genaue Arbeitsweise gilt es in dieser Rolle unter Beweis zu stellen.

**Stellenbeschreibung**:
**VERWALTUNGS- UND DOKUMENTATIONSTÄTIGKEITEN**

Du übernimmst das Sammeln, Dokumentieren und Verwalten von Verwendungsnachweisen und Beweisen aller Art (Markenwert, Presseartikel, Studien). Zudem sorgst du für die Beschaffung diverser Informationen aus unterschiedlichen Länderorganisationen - beispielsweise Werbematerial, Marktanteile und Bekanntheitsstudien.

Dabei bist du in regelmäßigen Austausch mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern aus den Länderorganisationen.

**PROJEKTARBEIT**

Du bist für unterschiedliche Projekte verantwortlich - von der Betreuung und Zuständigkeit von internen Systemen über das Management von Patenten bis hin zur Verwaltung und Unterstützung von internen Projekten.

**Qualifikationen**:
Mind. 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einer Rechtsanwaltskanzlei oder im Bereich Markenrecht

Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse

Gute Organisationsfähigkeit, genaues und selbständiges Arbeiten
