**Deine Aufgabe**
- Du treibst und führst den Proposal Prozess bei öffentlich-rechtlichen Offerten.
- Du coachst das Proposal Team entlang des gesamten Offertenprozesses und stellst die richtigen Fragen, um für den Kunden eine überzeugende Value Proposition zu erarbeiten. Du ziehst konsequent die «Kundenbrille» an.
- Gemeinsam mit dem jeweiligen Proposal Team entwickelst du die Offertenstrategie und die Value Proposition. Dabei übernimmst du als Coach und «Driver» die Moderation, das kritische Hinterfragen sowie das Formulieren.
- Du arbeitest «Hands-on» an den Inhalten und der Darstellung, sowie den einzusetzenden Methoden in der Offerterarbeitung mit.
- Mit dem Proposal Team entwickelst du die Präsentationsinhalte. Du unterstützt die Erstellung der Präsentationshilfsmittel und nimmst eine zentrale Rolle in der Organisation und Durchführung von «Dry Runs» ein.
- Im Sinne von kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung bist du auch für die Durchführung und Zusammenfassung von Retro-Sessions verantwortlich und die Bereitstellung von Best Practice Hilfsmitteln.
**Dein Talent**
- Du verfügst über mindestens 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Marketing & Sales Umfeld von B2B Dienstleistungen, wovon mindestens 1-2 Jahre als Proposal Manager/Bid Manager.
- Du bist eine Persönlichkeit die proaktiv handelt, in einer guten Art kritische Fragen stellt und Teams, sowie erfahrene Fachkräfte zu überzeugen vermag.
- Du bist es gewohnt in Matrix-Organisationen zu arbeiten und gehst beim Moderieren von Meetings richtig auf.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute redaktionelle Fähigkeiten mit stilsicherem Deutsch (C2) und Englisch (C1) in Wort und Schrift. Und du bist effizient im Umgang mit den Microsoft-Office-Tools.
- Du interessierst dich für die Anwendung von Innovationen und neuen Technologien im Business-Kontext.
- Ein Hochschulabschluss (Uni/FH) in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing/Kommunikation oder vergleichbares ist Voraussetzung.
