**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Projektleitung: Übernahme der Federführung bei der Planung und Durchführung von IT-Projekten und Sicherstellung, dass diese mit unseren Geschäftszielen in Einklang stehen.
- Definition von Aufgaben: Festlegung der Projektaufgaben und des Ressourcenbedarfs sowie Erstellung eines klaren Fahrplans für die Projektdurchführung.
- Projektplanung: Entwicklung umfassender Projektpläne, einschließlich Zeitplänen, Meilensteinen und Budgets.
- Ressourcenmanagement: Zusammenstellung und Koordinierung des Projektpersonals und effizienter Einsatz der Ressourcen zur Erreichung der Projektziele.
- Überwachung und Berichterstattung: Verfolgen der Projektleistung mithilfe geeigneter Instrumente, Beratung und Unterstützung des Projektteams und Sicherstellung, dass die Projekte auf Kurs bleiben.
