  • Work across the organization with embedded Design & Experience practitioners and domainspecific leadership to ensure we are building a strong product experience for our customers.
  • Inspire and empower designers through listening, mentorship, coaching, and career guidance. Also, be a strong sparring partner, and challenge designers to continue growing and innovating.
  • Support crosssolution product experience design initiatives, and have agility to still work in the craft for strategic projects.
  • Align with leadership across the organization to work towards a cohesive and unified strategy.
  • Develop and nudge our design organization forward, directly collaborating with UX management and the extended team.
  • Help grow the Design & Experience department, by collaborating with crosslab internal partners (e.g. talent acquisition, HR, product, engineering).
  • Provide guidance to teams and enable them to operate autonomously.
  • Live, support, and help to further develop Dynatrace's culture & values.

Qualifications

  • Experiences in leading UX strategy initiatives and, showing strong leadership as well as mentorship experiences.
  • Rocksolid product experience design skills matured by working in the industry for indicatively 1015 years or more — with a good part of those at enterprise software product companies.
  • You have been handson in the product experience design craft for many years.
  • You are good at mentoring, coaching, and helping the product and the team bring a product shine.
  • Experienced in building and scaling successful inhouse UX design teams within large software organizations (hundreds of employees or more).
  • Cando attitude with a very handson and solutionoriented approach. Able to work and scale within a fastgrowing environment, while thinking and planning strategically.
  • High drive, ability to deal with conflicts, flexibility, and a dynamic mindset.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills (in English), and strong crossdepartment collaborator.
  • Able to positively impact team spirit across any kind of situation.

Compensation and rewards

  • We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
  • Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to this position, which is EUR 75,000 gross per year (based on fulltime). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
