What you'll do:

Perform Research and Analysis: Optimize our customer journey by extracting and analyzing various data such as customer satisfaction reports, surveys, complaint logs and transaction data.

Develop strategies: Find techniques to enhance the Customer Success department's effectiveness and provide recommendations on ways to improve productivity and customer satisfaction levels

Teamwork: You will be working cross-departmentally as well as closely with the VP of Customer Success and our management team, to implement new strategies and projects

Report and work directly with our VP Customer Success

Who you are:

  • Min. 3+ years of relevant professional experience in Customer Success, CRM and Data Analysis (preferably in a fastgrowth company)
  • High level of experience with Bi Tools such as Tableau as well as excellent knowledge of data mining.
  • High level of experience with research practices
  • Analytical & problemsolving mindset you like to create structure & optimize processes
  • You bring a hustler mentality; you get your hands dirty and do what it takes to bring results
  • Working proficiency in English
  • German or any other language is a plus
