Als **PI Project Manager** koordinieren Sie das Projekt in Bezug auf die Kundendiensttätigkeiten. Sie werden als Schnittstelle zur Servicestelle sowie zum Werk und den Fachabteilungen agieren um auftretende offene Punkte zu verfolgen. In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Servicestellenleiter beim Kunden sind Sie für die Abwicklung des Projektes in der Inbetriebnahme
- und der Gewährleistungsphase verantwortlich.

**Hauptaufgaben**:

- Mitarbeit im Projektteam für die Funktion Kundendienst
- Koordination des Projektes in Bezug auf alle Aktivitäten in den Off-Sites, wie, Inbetriebnahme
- und Gewährleistungsmanagement.
- Managment des Zuverlässigkeitswachtums
- Übernahme des Projektes von der Projektleitung nach Auslieferung des letzten Fahrzeuges. Projektabschluss und nach Erfüllung der Verpflichtunge
- Gewährleistung des effizienten Informationsaustausches mit Konstruktion, Planung und Arbeitsvorbereitung
- Verfolgung und Lösung von kritischen Punkten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Servicestellenleiter vor Ort
- Koordination sämtlicher vertragsrelevanten Punkte mit Lieferanten und Konsortialpartnern nach Übergabe der Projekte durch die Projektleitung
- Planung, Verfolgung, und Reporting des jeweiligen Project Warranty Budgets.

**Qualifikationen**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (HTL /TU) in Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik/Mechantronik oder Schienenfahrzeugtechnik
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden/Konsortialpartnern und Lieferanten
- Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Kenntnisse Office Softwarepakete (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Umfassendes technisches Verständnis
- Lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
- Teamfähigkeit
- Selbstorganisation / Strukturiertes Arbeiten / hohe Kommunikationfähigkeit
- Bereitschaft zu Reisetätigkeit in Bezug auf die Koordination der Arbeiten in den Servicestellen.

Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt laut Kollektivvertrag € 60,000 brutto/jährlich. Eine Überzahlung ist abhängig von einschlägiger Berufserfahrung.
