In the role of Head Employee Relations Austria, you will take on a dynamic position that involves overseeing interactions with external employee representative entities such as Unions & Chambers and collaborating closely with business leaders.

You will be an integral part of the Country HR setup and will play a vital role in translating Group-level decisions into actions within Austria.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Leading Employee Relations in Austria

Employee Relations:
- Crafting negotiation strategies and leading negotiations with the works council
- Working closely with global project leaders and the Sandoz Euroforum
- Providing legal assessments, advice, and approval of local works council agreements
- Ensuring alignment and optimization of Sandoz rules and standards
- Driving positive Employee Relations by actively engaging as the local ER Champion in the ER Champion Network
- Introducing innovative concepts and resolutions to address workplace conflicts (involving unions, works councils, managers, and employees)
- Advising the business on Change Management strategies and activities during significant organizational changes.
