Role Overview
The Therapeutic Area Lead plays a vital role with both internal and external responsibilities in providing strategic guidance and operational support in the medical domain, influencing scientific leadership, life cycle management, and brand strategies within the designated therapeutic area. This position requires strong medical and clinical expertise with complete ownership of local medical affairs initiatives.

Additionally, the TA-Lead oversees the management of Medical Affairs team members, ensuring efficient development and execution of local medical brand plans in collaboration with various functions such as Market Access, Patient Safety, and Regulatory Affairs to meet the highest medical standards and patient needs.
