**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Entwicklung und Umsetzung der regionalen (osteuropäischen) Markenstrategie auf der Grundlage der globalen und regionalen/EUNA-Strategie
- Umsetzung und Koordination der EE-Strategie für eine bestimmte Markengruppe
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von erkenntnisbasierten Marketingaktivitäten (ATL & BTL) und Koordination von Medienplänen, einschließlich lokaler Anpassungen von globalen/regionalen Kampagnen
- Einhaltung und Weiterentwicklung des Geschäftsplans (Umsatz, Marktanteil und Budgetplanung)
- Aneignung und Anwendung von regionalem Markt
- und Insight-Know-how für Face Care durch ständige Markt
- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und Koordination mit den Abteilungen Shopper & Customer Marketing, Sales, Digital, Demand Planning, Controlling sowie externen Agenturen und lokalen Teams in ganz Osteuropa und dem regionalen EUNA-Team

**Dein Profil**:

- Mehrjährige (+3 Jahre) Berufserfahrung im Markenmanagement in der FMCG-Branche
- Leidenschaft für die Kosmetikbranche, Trends, neue Produkte und Verbraucher*innenverhalten
- Berufserfahrung mit Medienkampagnen
- Erfahrung im digitalen Marketing - fachlich und/oder persönlich
- Selbstständige, proaktive und kreative Arbeitsweise sowie fortgeschrittene analytische Fähigkeiten
- Teamplayer mit der Fähigkeit, unter Druck und in einer komplexen Matrixstruktur zu arbeiten
- Positives Denken und Handeln mit einer agilen Arbeitsweise
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
