  • Responsibilities:
  • Define and lead expansion plans for the market and shape the plan for launching new services while ensuring strong coordination with Government Relations, Marketing and Tech teams.
  • Act as a business owner, develop new strategies relentlessly to push operational standards to the next level, shape the business model, and execute accordingly.
  • Manage, grow, and lead a highperforming team. You will be responsible for shaping the organization and defining hiring needs in your market, while also setting the future strategy.
  • Oversee and steer budgeting, P&L performance, and financial milestones to reach trading and user targets.
  • Provide thought leadership for Binance, with a customerfocused, regulatoryawareness attitude.
  • Identify new business opportunities in the crypto industry especially within all products in the web3 and blockchain space, such as Binance Pay, Binance Card, Custody, Deferred Salary provider, etc.
  • Lead local key marketing activities, such as developing new partnerships and organizing key events.
  • Represent Binance in the local events, media, and in communication with external stakeholders
  • Requirements:
  • Ideally past experiences in the financial industry for more than 10 years.
  • Preferable educated in Maths, IT, business or law.
  • Worked as a director or one level below a director in a financial institution that is regulated by the ECB or national regulators.
  • A background in the company providing crypto assets services, cryptocurrency, IT security skills would be particularly beneficial.
  • Demonstrate a good reputation of honesty and integrity.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication skills and public appearance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to build and manage strong relationships with their team, crossfunctional colleagues, and external partners.
  • Entrepreneurship mentality. Must be a selfstarter and leader that assumes the risks and rewards of running an innovative sustainable operation.
  • A passion for crypto and digital assets. We are trying to change an entire industry and it will take time. Passion is what gets you excited to come into work every morning.
  • Native German speaking, fluency in German is mandatory.
