Job Description

Join us as a key player in our team as a Senior Customer Solution Engineer. You'll be working closely with our customers to tackle technical issues while using the Dynatrace platform.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify and resolve customer-reported problems with our SaaS and Managed products.
  • Engage with various customer technology environments.
  • Collaborate with customer application experts to troubleshoot platform or product issues.
  • Explore a wide range of cutting-edge technologies.
  • Collaborate with our development and product management teams.
  • Participate in training for new product features and technologies.
  • Share knowledge with colleagues and propose product enhancements.
  • Occasional weekend and holiday work every 2 months with additional compensation.

Requirements

  • Technical Degree (preferably in Computer Science) or equivalent IT experience.
  • Professional background in software development, testing, or customer support.
  • Ability to analyze code in modern programming languages.
  • Experience with Linux, Windows, and computer networks.
  • Familiarity with cloud and host virtualization technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Team player with a proactive mindset.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

For this position, the minimum gross salary is € 43,000 per year for full-time employment, with higher compensation based on qualifications and experience. If relocation is required, we provide assistance with allowances, visa, accommodation, and language courses.
