Full/partime, 40 hours/week (Assistant Professor, post doc) / 30 hours/week (Teaching and Research Associate)
Starting March 01, 2024, and ending after 6 years

What to expect:

  • Conduct research at the institute
  • Publication of research projects in international journals
  • Teaching (project courses in cooperation with industry partners, such as Airbus, Magna, Kapsch, IBM, Siemens, or CERN)
  • Institute management (contribute to the continuous development of the institute as one of the bestperforming units within the university)
For teaching and research associate

Writing a dissertation:You will be investigating your research topic and spending a third of your working hours on writing your dissertation.

For Assistant Professor non-tenure track

Writing a habilitation:You will be conducting research for your habilitation

What you have to offer:

  • Highpotential with a master degree in business and management
  • Interested in the fields of open & user innovation, entrepreneurship, and management of innovation
  • Proficient in empirical social science methodology / statistics
  • Fluency in English and German required
  • Highly motivated, internationallyoriented, eager to learn, team player
  • Willingness to use multimedia teaching methods: You are prepared to use multimedia teaching and learning formats.
For Assistant Professor non-tenure track

  • A doctoral degree in business and management (alternatively in a related field, e.g., psychology, economics, or statistics)
  • First experiences in publishing in international journals
