Job Description

Join the European Strategic Sport Rights & Partnerships team at Sportradar and take charge as the Rights & Partnerships Manager. This role involves overseeing current and new partnerships, requiring a forward-thinking professional with strong relationship building skills and a deep understanding of complex accounts. You'll need credibility to handle complex issues with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.

THE CHALLENGE:
  • Work closely with top-tier accounts in Sportradar's partner ecosystem
  • Manage relationships with allocated partners like UEFA, Bundesliga, ATP, Formula 1, and negotiate rights for new accounts
  • Oversee the Partner Product Roadmap and collaborate with internal teams on strategy execution
  • Ensure tasks related to accounts are completed professionally and promptly
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sports management, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in the sports industry
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Proven track record in account management and partnership creation at a senior level
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Financial and commercial literacy
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills
  • Self-driven with good follow-through
  • Ability to relate to different teams and executives
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure
  • Committed to high professional standards

The minimum monthly salary for this position is as per the Collective Bargaining Agreement, with possible increases based on qualifications and experience.
